Clinical Hypnotherapy
A scientifically proven method that uses hypnosis to address anxiety symptoms, unwanted habits, and other psychological difficulties.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a method of intervening in symptoms or unwanted habits/behaviors.
There are different types of hypnotherapy and various induction methods. A typical hypnotherapy session includes:

Initial Discussion
An open conversation with your hypnotherapist about your request, agreeing together on the methods that will be used.

Guided Relaxation
The hypnotherapist guides you into a state of deep relaxation, during which you are directed—using the agreed techniques—to achieve your goals.

Return to Awareness
A gradual return from the hypnotic state, also guided by the therapist. Exiting hypnosis is often accompanied by feelings of calmness, well-being, and inner peace.
