A Few Words from the Psychologist

Mood and behavioral difficulties often arise throughout life, shaped by early life experiences and the conditions of our upbringing. These, combined with later adult experiences, play a key role in the formation of our emotional and psychological world. Family history may also predispose us to certain mood patterns that we are called upon to understand and manage. By exploring the unique and multifaceted nature of each individual, we are not just striving for survival, but to fully experience and enjoy our personal life journey.

My therapeutic goal is to support people in becoming emotionally empowered and resilient enough to follow their own path, redefine their boundaries, and reconnect with themselves and their environment — feeling whole in the unique way they desire.

I believe that the goal of therapy is to accelerate the development of positive changes while preventing or delaying the adoption of harmful patterns.
