Family Therapy allows for flexibility in the composition of sessions. The parents may initially participate and the other members may gradually be added, if they wish and it is deemed useful for the therapeutic process. Potentially, members of the extended family can also participate, as long as it is judged that their role is crucial in the dynamics that develop in the family.

Family Therapy is not just a therapeutic method, but altogether a new way of perceiving human problems and understanding behavior, the development of symptoms and their resolution.
